Online Counseling

Service Description

Online counseling is an excellent and affordable option to face to face counseling. It can be done from the comfort of your home or office. Hours of operation are extended beyond business hours to allow client flexibility. Your first session will consist of an intake assessment to gather information about you and your current situation. We will discuss the effectiveness and appropriateness of online counseling for you as well as additional resources that may support your needs. We will establish goals and a plan for how I can support you in achieving those goals. Once you have booked your session, you will receive a secure link to attend your session. If you are a participant in a health insurance plan, they may cover all or a portion of online counseling. Please contact your health insurance carrier prior to booking if you participate with insurance plans to determine eligibility for reimbursement.
