About the Event
Clinical supervisors serve an impactful and powerful role in the field of mental health counseling. We are leading the charge in preparing newly licensed mental health counselors for the unknown and what they haven't learned in graduate school. They are looking to us for guidance and trusting what we have to offer in terms of shaping ethical clinical skills.
During this workshop, participants will be able to:
1) Identify the steps to becoming a clinical supervisor and exploring supervisor identity
2) Evaluate practical issues in clinical supervision that impacts the supervisory relationship
3) Identify methods and techniques of clinical supervision
